Things to Track with a Goal of Accomplishing 24 days/Month

  • No alcohol days
  • Drinking your water goal
  • Workout/Move your body
  • Getting a certain number of hours of sleep
  • No spend days
  • Self-care acts (even 10 minutes per day of yoga, painting your nails, a hair/face mask)
  • Medications Taken
  • I also aim for 24 miles per month run/walked/cycled
