Mama’s Many Loves (“me”, “I”, or “my”) operates the MamasManyLoves.com website (the “Service”).

This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use this Service.

I use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. What personal data I collect and why I collect it

Email Addresses

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

You have the option of opting in and joining the Mama’s Many Loves email list, at your own discretion. You do not have to provide your email address to read blog posts.

When you subscribe to Mama’s Many Loves’ email list via an opt-in form or contact form, it will ask for your first name and email address. This is so I know how to address you, as well as where to send the download or other information that you are requesting. I may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you.

Your email address is not shared without any other businesses or people. I respect your time and inbox so email frequency will be weekly at most. Also, as a busy mom myself, I don’t have time to spam you every day!

At any time, you may unsubscribe to the email list via the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email, or by reaching out directly to Tracy@MamasManyLoves.com. At that time your email address and name will be deleted from the email list.

MailerLite

Email addresses are obtained through forms created using MailerLite and stored by MailerLite. MailerLite will never rent, sell or otherwise share your data with any third parties. MailerLite is GDPR compliant. MailerLite’s Privacy Policy is available for your review at any time.

I do not and will not sell your personal information or my email list.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. It helps the website to remember information about your visit, like your preferred language and other settings. That can make your next visit easier and the site more useful to you. Cookies play an important role. Without them, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience.

Google Analytics Cookies and Identifiers

Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites. Users may disable cookies or delete any individual cookie. Learn more

In addition, Google Analytics supports an optional browser add-on that – once installed and enabled – disables measurement by Google Analytics for any site a user visits. Note that this add-on only disables Google Analytics measurement.

Where a site or app uses Google Analytics for Apps or Google Analytics for Firebase SDKs, Google Analytics collects an app-instance identifier — a randomly generated number that identifies a unique installation of an App. Whenever a user resets their Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID on Android, and ID for Advertisers on iOS), the app-instance identifier is also reset.

How long I retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided.
