23 Things to Track in 2023
In 2022 I started to track different fun goals in my planner to broaden my horizons and motivate myself to read, exercise more, and overall take better care of ME. I tried 22 Books Read, 22 Date Nights, etc. It was a fun project, even if I didn’t accomplish 22 of everything, and I plan to do it again in 2023.
A great place to document these goals is in the notes pages at the end of your paper planner, which often go unused. Another option would be at the start of each month, but that may get a bit cumbersome and confusing. Having them all in one place is easiest for quick reference throughout the year.
I consider these fun, year-round goals as opposed to trackable items that you have to do like taking out the garbage or paying the bills. These are little, fun tidbits to squeeze into your busy life throughout the year.
I think my favorites for 2022 were 22 books read (I had not realized how little I read these days!) and 22 Peloton instructors tried. I discovered and fell in love with several new instructors through this fun goal. Tracking family fun days was also a great way to document them throughout the year.
